Mary is a Brisbane counsellor who is establishing free expressive arts sessions through a private Facebook group. This group has been created to support people who are experiencing grief, to stay connected and to learn ways to find reprieve during this time of COVID-19 and physical distancing.
There will be weekly calls you can join, or watch at a time convenient to you. Each week there will be new creative art activities that you can add to your self-care and mindfulness practice.
If this sounds like something that interests you please go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/griefandcreativeart/ to learn more.
This is a private group to protect the privacy of those participating and sharing in the group. Please apply to join if you are interested. Benefits from this group will be:
- feel connected with others who are grieving
- feel centred and de-stress
- reflect with creativity
- express and be creative.
